Shipping and Returns

Shipping

To provide the best balance of value and speed, we use a variety of vendors, warehouses, and shipping carriers. Items will typically arrive within 10-20 calendar days from time of order. You may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers. Please check your email junk/spam folder and mark us as a safe sender!

 

Returns Due to Color/Sizing/Fit

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully check product descriptions, measurements, and photos before ordering. We strive to display the most accurate colors, but due to differences in monitor settings, photography lighting vs ambient lighting, and subjective perception, an item's color may appear slightly different in person.

You may request a return for unworn items within 30 days after the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, in its original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please log into your Adobe Soul account here to initiate the return process. You'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please request a return for the original item, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

We strongly encourage you to inspect your items right away for damage and defects. You may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date.

Please log into your Adobe Soul account here to initiate the return process. You must either upload photos of the issue or email them to us at info@theadobesoul.com with your name and order number. You'll receive instructions on what to do with your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded or replaced.

 

Lost/Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows your package is either stuck in transit with no movement for 7 days or the tracking status is "delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

1) Contact the shipping carrier's local office and give them the tracking number. Sometimes an item is marked as delivered but arrives 2-3 days later, it is on a special hold, requires a signature, etc.

2) If the local office cannot find the package, please file a claim via the following links:

3) If you are requesting a replacement for an undelivered shipment, you must email us at info@theadobesoul.com with a photo or screenshot of the completed claim form you submitted with the carrier. Please include your name and order number in the email.

 

Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@theadobesoul.com.
